📄️ Voice Agents Overview
AI Voice Agents let users talk with your Chatislav agent in real time through a web voice widget or, when phone access is configured, by calling a phone number. A voice agent has its own training data, settings, voice behavior, actions, and deployment options.
📄️ Voice Settings
Use Voice Settings to configure how an AI Voice Agent speaks, listens, handles call timing, and collects lead information. Open AI Voice Agents, select an agent, then go to Settings.
📄️ Voice Appearance
Use Voice Appearance to customize the voice widget's avatar, animation, colors, text labels, position, and branding. Open AI Voice Agents, select an agent, then go to Appearance.
📄️ Phone & SIP Calling
Beyond the web voice widget, a voice agent can answer phone calls. Customers dial a phone number and talk to your AI agent. Phone access is configured from the voice agent's Deploy page.
