The sidebar organizes your AI agents into two main categories:

  • Chatbot Agents Section: Complete list of your chatbot AI agents
  • Agent Counter: Shows total number of chatbot agents in parentheses

Voice AI Agents

  • Voice Agents Section: Complete list of your voice-enabled AI agents
  • Agent Counter: Shows total number of voice agents in parentheses

Individual Agent Navigation​


When you click on a specific AI agent, an expandable menu reveals comprehensive management options for that agent.

Agent Sub-Menu Structure Each agent provides access to six key management areas, allowing you to fully customize and monitor your AI's performance.

Available Management Sections:

  • Settings: Configure core AI behavior and functionality

  • Appearance: Customize your AI agent's visual presentation
