Add Ons
Add-ons let you extend a Chatislav subscription without changing the whole plan. Add-on availability can depend on the current plan, and add-ons marked with + start at the listed price because the final checkout price can depend on quantity or selected package.

AI Booking Info is priced by property, room type, and pricing rule capacity. All self-service tiers support availability lookups up to 365 days ahead.

Choosing Add Ons
Use add-ons when the current plan is otherwise correct but one limit or feature needs to be expanded. For example:
- Add message credits when the agent needs to handle more conversations.
- Add training characters when the knowledge base is larger than the plan limit.
- Add AI Chat Agents or AI Voice Agents when separate agents are needed for different brands, teams, or channels.
- Add Auto data resync when supported sources should refresh automatically instead of being updated manually.
- Add AI Catalog or AI Booking Info when the agent needs structured product search, recommendations, booking data, pricing rules, policies, or availability.
Activation
Add-ons are managed from the Plans & Pricing area in Chatislav. Select the add-on, choose the available package or quantity, and complete checkout. After payment is completed, the add-on becomes available on the account.
Some add-ons only appear for plans that can use them. If an add-on is not visible, check whether the current subscription supports that add-on or upgrade to a plan that includes the required base feature.
