The Chats screen (Inbox) is where you review conversations for the selected AI agent, inspect user details, pause AI replies for supported channels, create evaluations, block users, train FAQs, and export conversation data. It is organized into two tabs: Chats and Users.

Analytics shows conversation activity, credit usage, channel performance, safety signals, and voice activity for the selected AI agent and time range.
📄️ Evaluations
Evaluations let you test and measure an AI chatbot agent's response quality with reusable evaluation sets. Use them to check important answers, review subjective quality, or replay real conversations before and after changes to your agent.
📄️ Snapshots & Releases
Snapshots & Releases lets you review saved configuration history for an AI chatbot agent, compare what changed, and restore supported configuration areas from an earlier version.
