Manage Your Subscription and Billing Information​

Your billing dashboard provides comprehensive control over your Chatislav subscription, payment methods, and billing information. This centralized hub allows you to manage all financial aspects of your account, from updating payment details to reviewing transaction history.

The billing interface is designed to make subscription management simple and secure, with features for both individual and business accounts. Whether you need to update your credit card, change your billing address, or review past invoices, everything is accessible from one convenient location.

 

Accessing Your Billing Information​

Navigate to your billing dashboard through the main menu:

  1. Open Account Menu: Click on your profile information in the top-right corner of the header to open the dropdown menu
  2. Navigate to Billing: Select Profile from the dropdown options
  3. Select Billing tab to access billing screen

Billing Information Section​

Customer Details​

Your billing dashboard displays your current customer information, including your name and email address associated with the account. This information is used for all billing communications and invoice generation.

Updating Billing Details​

Make changes to your billing information easily:

  1. Click Edit Details next to your customer information
  2. Update your account type (Individual/Business)
  3. For business accounts, select tax type and enter tax ID
  4. Update your billing address using the secure address form
  5. Save changes to apply immediately

All updates are processed securely and take effect immediately for future billing cycles.

Account Type Selection​

Choose between Individual and Business account types to ensure proper billing and tax handling:

  • Individual Account: For personal use with standard billing
  • Business Account: For corporate use with additional tax options and business-specific features



Business Account Features​

When you select Business account type, additional options become available:

  • Tax Type Selection: Choose from various international tax types including VAT, GST, and other regional tax systems
  • Tax ID Entry: Enter your business tax identification number for proper tax handling
  • Organization Name: Update billing address with your company name

These business features ensure compliance with local tax regulations and provide proper documentation for business expenses.

 

Subscription Management​

Current Plan Display

Your dashboard shows your active subscription plan with key details:

  • Plan name and tier (Free, Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise)
  • Monthly or annual billing amount  

Payment Methods Management​

Default Payment Method​

Your primary payment method is prominently displayed with:

  • Payment type (Credit Card, PayPal, or Link)
  • Last four digits for cards or email for other methods

Adding New Payment Methods​

  1. Click +Add new card to open the secure payment form
  2. Enter your payment details using Stripe's secure interface
  3. Save the new method to your account

Managing Existing Methods​

For each saved payment method, you can:

  • Set as default payment method
  • Edit card expiration dates

  1. Click See all to list your payment methods
  2. Select payment method you want to set as default by cicking settings icon
  3. Click Set as default

  2. Select payment method you want to edit by clicking on settings icon
  3. Click Edit

Payment History and Invoices​

Transaction Overview

Review all your past transactions in a detailed table format:

  • Date: When the payment was processed
  • Amount: Total charge including taxes
  • Status: Payment status (Paid, Pending, Failed)

Access and manage your billing documents:

  • Download PDF invoices for expense reporting

Your financial information is protected by industry-leading security measures:

  • Stripe Integration: All payments processed through Stripe's secure platform
  • PCI Compliance: Full compliance with payment card industry standards
  • Encryption: All data transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption
  • No Storage: Card details are never stored on Chatislav servers
