Chatislav plans are available as Free, Basic, Standard, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Prices below are in EUR and match the current public plans page.
Paid self-service plans can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing includes 2 months free, so the annual total is equal to 10 monthly payments.

Free
Free includes one chat agent, access to fast AI models, 100 message credits, 1M training characters, deployment on unlimited websites, 20 training links, and one AI agent action.
Free does not include apps and integrations, chat history, analytics, premium integrations, Chat API access, or add-on access for branding and transcription.
Basic
Basic includes everything in Free, plus access to advanced AI models, 1,300 message credits per month, 45M training characters, 7,500 training links, 4 AI agent actions, apps and integrations, and chat history.
Basic can use add-ons such as hide branding and transcription minutes, but it does not include basic analytics, premium integrations, advanced analytics, human handoff, or Chat API access.
Standard
Standard includes everything in Basic, plus 6,000 interactions per month, 60M training characters, 15,000 training links, 1 AI agent workflow, 8 AI agent actions, apps and integrations, basic analytics, and Chat API access.
Standard is the first self-service plan that includes basic analytics and Chat API access. Premium integrations and advanced analytics start on higher plans.
Pro
Pro includes everything in Standard, plus 2 chat agents, 10,000 message credits per month, 80M training characters, unlimited training links, 2 AI agent workflows, 12 AI agent actions, premium integrations, basic analytics, and Chat API access.
Pro is intended for teams that need more agent capacity and broader integration access than Standard.
Business
Business includes everything in Pro, plus 3 chat agents, 20,000 message credits per month, 100M training characters, 1 real-time AI voice agent, 5 AI agent workflows, 16 AI agent actions, automatic data resynchronization, advanced analytics, and Chat API access.
Business is the self-service plan for higher-volume automation, voice, scheduled data refreshes, and deeper reporting.
Enterprise
Enterprise includes everything in Business, with custom usage limits and deployment options. Enterprise can include custom message credits, custom chat agents, custom training characters, custom UI branding, custom integrations, custom AI workflows and agent actions, handoffs, priority support, training sessions, industry-specific AI workflows, and on-premise AI system deployment.
