Your Right to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Once deleted, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What Data We Have

• Data Collected Directly from You:
• Account Information: email address, password (encrypted)
• Profile Data: Optional information you choose to provide (First Name, Last Name)
• Communication Data: Messages, support requests, feedback
• AI Agent Data: Information about AI agents you create and their configurations
• Data Collected Automatically:
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, interaction patterns
• Cookies and Tracking Data: As detailed in our Cookie Policy
• Payment Data:
• Collected by ISKON AI OÜ: Billing information, invoice details, payment history
• Processed by Stripe: Payment method details, transaction data, fraud prevention data
• Note: We do not store complete payment card details; these are processed securely by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards

How to Request Deletion

Include in your email:

• Your full name
• Email address used for your Chatislav account
• Clear request: "Please delete my account and all personal data"

What Happens Next

Within 5 Business Days:

• We confirm receipt of your request
• We verify your identity
• Your account is deactivated

Within 30 Days:

• Your data is deleted from our systems
• We coordinate deletion with our payment partners (ISKON AI OÜ and Stripe)
• You receive confirmation that deletion is complete

Data We Must Keep (Legal Requirements)

Some data must be retained by law:

• Tax/accounting records: 7 years (required by Serbian and EU law)
• Fraud prevention data: As needed for security compliance
• Legal dispute records: Until resolved

This retained data is restricted and not used for any other purpose.

Important Warnings

⚠️ Before requesting deletion:

• Export any important data you want to keep
• Settle any outstanding payments
• Remember: deletion cannot be undone

⚠️ After deletion:

• You lose access to all AI agents and configurations
• You cannot recover your account
• All platform features become unavailable
